What it means to be a Workplace Menopause Trainer
Menopause impacts lives and can be a challenging time for both individuals on their journey as well as for their families, friends and colleagues. Your role is to engage and empower people to make change for the better.
It’s estimated that there are at least 5.87 million women of menopausal or premenopausal age currently working in the UK and the recent Fawcett Report research states 10% have left work because of menopause. 76% of hiring managers within organisations admit that their biggest challenge is attracting and retaining the right candidates for roles. Our ambition of supporting menopause will help attract and retain talent and help people to continue to thrive in their careers
